As a student of the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons you can activly participate in various student organisations. Such as:
AV Curiensis
AV Curiensis is the only student association in Chur and is a member of the Swiss Student Association (Schw. StV). We offer a Switzerland-wide network and a unique balance to studying with a 150-year-old tradition. All students of the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, PHGR, TH Chur, SUPSI Landquart and PH Vorarlberg are welcome to join.
Cambiela
Cambiela supports sustainable development projects in the African countries of Rwanda and Togo. We collect money with different fundraising events at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons and in the city of Chur to enable us to implement these projects in collaboration with our reliable partners. Every year, some of our members go on study trips to evaluate the success of the projects on-site.
Erasmus Student Network ESN
We are a section of ESN (Erasmus Student Network) Switzerland based at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons. Our goal is to bring students from all over the world together and to have fun!
Studentenschaft der University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons
The ‘Studentenschaft der University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons’ (Student Body of the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons) is the university’s biggest student organisation. It organises a variety of social and sporting events such as the pub crawl, the beach volleyball tournament or the Running Dinner. Student HUB
The Student HUB is a student organisation of the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons that focuses on creating a more sustainable, economic and ecological environment at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, and for the local people in and around Chur itself. During the semester, we hold different events such as the clothing SWAP, volleyball for refugees, workshops as well as the Chur Sustainability Week, which offers a great deal of fascinating content on different topics related to sustainability.
