One tool to increase an individual’s performance could be the employee’s level of satisfaction. The study, therefore, highlights the impact of employee satisfaction on a company’s performance and evaluates which factors may influence employee satisfaction. Further, with a quantitative research approach, it defines and ranks the most important influencing factors. The study also researches the cultural differences along with this ranking and how the country’s overall cultural profiles differ between three countries. The results should highlight the most important influencing factor of employee’s satisfaction level and illustrate how much a culture influences this ranking. It should help managers increase their employee’s satisfaction by knowing the most important factors influencing this metric and applying those as part of their leadership. ER
