Especially, automobile and aviation industries are affected by current changes. This requires accepting new challenges in pursuing sustainability and optimizing the use of resources. Edelweiss Air AG and Sauber Motorsport AG face similar sustainability challenges and corporate social responsibility has grown as an important instrument when dealing with environmental concerns. Currently, it is not known whether this positively affects their level of competitiveness. Therefore, the current sustainability measures of the two companies are examined. This Bachelor's thesis suggests ways to strengthen the partnership between Edelweiss Air AG and Sauber Motorsport AG through effective communication. Furthermore, strategies for maximizing the benefits of the collaboration and building a successful, long-term partnership are presented. The suggestions are based on the findings of online surveys and interviews. ER
