Theme parks have gradually become an important product in China's tourism industry. The renewal of amusement projects will directly affect the experience of tourists. As a key tourism city, Shanghai also pays great attention to the development of theme parks. However, with the emergence of Shanghai Disneyland, Happy Valley and other international theme parks, the advantages of the traditional parks and in particular the Shanghai Jinjiang Amusement Park and its supporting products are no longer prominent, which has resulted in problems with its growth and the development. Therefore, this IBT thesis aims to analyze the problems existing in the Shanghai Jinjiang Amusement Park and put forward countermeasures or suggestions that address both the current problems as well as the possible challenges in the future.
