FN ISI Export Format VR 1.0 PT J TI Sustainable Tourism in the Swiss parks as an answer to COVID-19 AF Oertig, Alessia AU Oertig, A AB This research aims to investigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the members of the Swiss Parks Network and what sustainable tourism-based measures the parks implemented to counteract the pandemic. Moreover, the research seeks to give an insight into how different stakeholders have acknowledged the actions and how they can be further adapted also to strengthen the parks' economic sustainability. To identify the impacts of the pandemic, the implemented measures and the general response to the newly implemented measures, interviews with experts working in the Swiss parks were conducted. Additionally, a focus group discussed the measures and gave insights on what the parks should pay special attention to for future development. The study shows that the Swiss parks introduced different measures that had to be realized within a short time. Therefore, to further develop the portfolio and increase economic sustainability, the parks should pay a particular focus on customer experience. ER
