The aim of this paper is to outline the impact for the community and to analyze the offer of VilanCool Water Sports and the specific target groups. In a second step, the goal is to adapt the findings and give concrete recommendations on how to implement a decent marketing strategy. An extensive literature review, expert interviews and field observation has been undertaken to identify marketing methods, social impact measurements and ways to approach kite surfers. Several marketing techniques have been established including search engine optimization, social media campaigns and on-site marketing activities. In the end, this paper should help VilanCool Water Sports to target their customers with the right instruments and help to attract more clients to generate more revenue for the project.
