Various language providers offer diverse programs for everybody, which combine language courses abroad with various types of activities. The company Football Experience is offering its product, which combines language courses with playing football in a football team abroad, an additional offer in this industry. The paper aims to propose recommendations for action for the Football Experience company so that the business field can be further developed. The data is gathered through qualitative semi-structured interviews. For this purpose, various women's football players between the ages of 18 and 28 will be interviewed. Personas are created with the data obtained, which contain psychographic information and, in addition, recommendations for action are proposed to the company. ER
