In addition to the generation of overnight stays, added value in the village, regional and national media impact and image promotion, the abolition of the two-season operation in Arosa Lenzerheide is also to be strived for. A year-round destination is to be created through the Circle-Concept-365. This bachelor Thesis reports on the successful transformation of Arosa into an event destination with the Strategy Circle-Concept-365. Since this transformation already occurred 14 years ago, an attempt is also made to further develop it and provide a glimpse into the future. In addition, it is tried to apply and combine the strategy to other destinations. The assessment is based on interviews with experts dealing with events and strategies. The results of the different analysis including literature research are then used to identify trends and make recommendations for further development. ER
