Hotels are desperately looking for employees, including the Hotel Schweizerhof Lenzerheide, which has been working on changing its HR strategy since the beginning of the year to better address NextGens. This bachelor thesis is about attracting and retaining highly qualified talents for the hotel via digital communication channels. In order to support the Hotel Schweizerhof Lenzerheide in gaining clarity about Generation Y and Z and to complement the new HR concept with digital communication measures, an online survey among young talents, a benchmark analysis with other hotel businesses and an expert interview were conducted as part of this bachelor thesis.
