Ralph Lehmann is a lecturer in International Business at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons. His research focuses on issues relating to the international business activities of Swiss companies. He has carried out numerous Innosuisse projects on the internationalisation of Swiss companies, prepared expert reports for the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, advised companies on internationalisation issues, published in various specialist journals, is a member of the European International Business Association (EIBA) and teaches at Bachelor’s, Master’s and continuing education levels.

Ralph Lehmann studied Business Administration at the University of Zurich and completed his PhD at the Institute for Business Research. His doctoral thesis focused on corporate diversification. He subsequently worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St Gallen and spent one year each as a research fellow at the Wharton School in Philadelphia, USA, and as a chercheur associé at the École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales in Paris. He qualified as a Privatdozent at the University of Zurich with a habilitation thesis on charismatic leadership.
