Maddy Chaisena was born in Thailand and came to Switzerland at the age of five. She completed a commercial apprenticeship with a vocational baccalaureate at a hospital in Zurich and then studied tourism at IST Zurich. She has been a certified tourism specialist since 2020. After several years of experience in customer service and marketing at Zurich Tourism, she moved into the education sector and gained experience as a classroom assistant in a school. In November 2025, she will start as an organisational assistant in administration.
