Aurelia Ehrensperger studied Communication Studies at the University of Lucerne and obtained her PhD in Empirical Cultural Studies at the University of Zurich. Her research focused on the lived experiences of young adults, digital media consumption, leisure behaviour and life orientation. After 12 years in teaching, coordination and event organisation in the higher education sector, she now works as a hypnosystemic coach. She supports highly qualified individuals through professional and personal change processes. At the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, she works in the Student Services Team and supports students with issues relating to compensation for disadvantages and individual study situations.
