Degree programme at a glance
Building in alpine regions presents unique challenges: demanding topographies, extreme climatic conditions, and sensitive landscapes require precise and responsible design. This involves carefully analyzing existing structures and reimagining them in a way that is sustainable and fosters a sense of identity.
Within this context, the Bachelor of Arts in Architecture program equips you with the fundamental principles of architecture and helps you develop your own approach to building—through real-world projects and collaborative discussions. The Chur campus is more than just a backdrop. It serves as a laboratory, a place of learning, and a source of inspiration, all at once, nestled in a region where architecture always reflects a stance toward the place and its future.
