Jesica Castro Rodriguez began her professional career as an administrative assistant at the municipal office, where she worked in various departments and eventually served as a clerk in the building administration department. Due to her skills in dealing with people and her passion for languages, she decided to pursue a degree in Tourism at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, which she successfully completed in 2014.

In November 2014, she started at the Institute for Tourism and Leisure at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons. There, she worked for six years as a research associate, responsible for the acquisition and marketing of study programs. This position allowed her to apply and further develop her communication skills and expertise in sales and marketing.

In November 2020, Jesica Castro transitioned to the central services of the UAS Grisons, where she now works as a project manager in the Marketing and Communications department. In this role, she brings her extensive experience and understanding of planning and implementing marketing projects.
