Christopher Jacobson studied "Tourism Business Studies" at the Management Center Innsbruck. In September 2014, he successfully completed his Master's degree at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons with a specialisation in "New Business". Even before the founding of AlpenHirt GmbH in October 2014, he worked for the founder of the dried meat specialities until February 2018. He supported the young entrepreneur in product and project management and in the optimisation of business processes.
As part of his current work as a research project manager in the research fields of Digital Transformation in Tourism and Touristic Environments , he is involved in the development and implementation of innovative services for companies, organisations, guests and tourists. In addition, Christopher Jacobson is a lecturer in the fields of Consumer Behaviour and Tourism Marketing.
