After receiving your Bachelor Diploma, you will be removed from the list of active students in our administrative system. We would like to keep in touch with you, please inform us if you have any changes in your home or e-mail address by sending an e-mail to: info@clutterfhgr.ch 

Remember to download your enrolment certificates for the last few semesters in good time for your tax return, as access to the student portal on the intranet will be blocked at the end of August. You should therefore save all documents stored there, such as transcripts of records or enrolment certificates, to your personal storage device in good time. As the portal will be closed from September, a fee of CHF 30 per document will be charged from that date onwards for the subsequent issue of any of these documents.

In addition to your diploma, you will receive a confirmation of exmatriculation (Exmatrikulationsbescheinigung) which shows statistical data about your studies. This is an important document and must be submitted in case you enroll at another Swiss university at any time in the future. A fee of CHF 30 per document will be charged for the issuance of any documents after September. 

For the subsequent creation of any document copy, a fee of CHF 30 per document will be charged. You can place your order through our FHGR-webshop.

About one month after your graduation (end of October), you will lose access to your User-Account for the EPD systems (incl. Moodle). The data on your account will be deleted by the end of February at the latest.

Your FHGR email account and email address will be deleted from the server by the end of February at the latest as well. Please make sure to transfer your data to another medium in good time.

Any future email communication will be sent to the e-mail address you submitted at the beginning of your studies with your application. Please inform us if your private email address has changed.

The remaining balance on your Cash-Card has to be transferred back to your bank account. This is possible at all charging stations during our counter opening hours (08:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. / 02:00 p.m. – 04:30 p.m.)

We kindly ask you to empty your locker by the end of calendar week 32 at the latest. After this date, our staff will empty the lockers and dispose of any content. You can find the counter opening hours during the summer period here.

Your library card will remain valid even after the end of your time as a student and you can continue to use the services of the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons library. The library card can also be used at all other NEBIS libraries (www.nebis.ch). Should you not wish to use these services any longer, please return your card to the library desk. The library team will be happy to help if you have any questions (bibliothek@clutterfhgr.ch).

The accounts department at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons would like to point out that if any outstanding semester fees remain unpaid, the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons reserves the right to delay the awarding of the degree until the fees have been paid.

What is a successful professional life without valuable contacts? As a current graduate, you automatically become an FHGR Alumni Premium Member. This is free for one year. From the second year onwards, you can choose between free basic membership and paid premium membership. 

As a basic member, you benefit from

You can become a Premium Member for an annual fee of CHF 75. With this amount you

• benefit from a 10% discount on all CAS, DAS, MAS and EMBA programmes at the UAS Grisons. 
• are automatically a member of the Swiss UAS umbrella organisation, which campaigns for your interests and those of the Swiss universities of applied sciences.

Membership is valid from January to December. You will receive further information on how to register after the graduation ceremony.
