Sebastian Drews has been a lecturer in corporate communications at the Institute for Multimedia Production (IMP) since August 2025 and supports national and international clients in transformation and change projects as a consultant. In his career, he has held various management and specialist positions in corporate communications and consulting at well-known companies such as IBM, Swiss Re, Raiffeisen Switzerland and Namics. Sebastian started his career as a freelance journalist for Südwestrundfunk and other media companies in Germany.
He studied communication sciences (Master) at the Technical University and the Free University of Berlin, specialising in linguistics, digital signal processing and journalism. Sebastian is a facilitator of the Lego Serious Play method, holds a CAS in Change and Innovation Management from the University of St. Gallen (CH) and a Master of Business Administration from Warwick University (UK).
