Optimisation of the customer-product relationship
You will learn about the modern methods of customer intelligence over eight interactive modules, covering current topics such as customer segmentation, predictive marketing, gains charts, offer optimisation, test campaign design, optimisation of product variations as well as churn, migration, retention and winback modelling.
Each of the eight modules consists of interactive applications, short video sequences, spoken texts, data sets, Excel templates and fully functioning R codes. You can access all modules with your computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone via an HTML5 app.
