Silvan Wiedmer began working as a research project assistant at the Swiss Institute for Information Science (SII) at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons (FHGR) on 1 September 2025. His current research focuses on the field of neurosymbolic AI.
After completing his training as an automation engineer EFZ in 2020, he won the WorldSkills Competition in the Industry 4.0 discipline in 2022. In 2025, he successfully completed his Bachelor of Science in Computational and Data Science at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons.
