Florian Wieser completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen. He subsequently completed a dual Master’s degree in Strategy and International Management at the University of St. Gallen, as well as an MBA with a focus on finance and sustainability at INCAE Business School in Costa Rica. He gained professional experience in various innovation roles, including at Swisscom in the Open Innovation division, at Open Data Switzerland, and at SENS Social Entrepreneurship as Co-Lead for Start-up & Innovation. He was also co-founder and managing director of the start-up Bluetools, where he helped develop a software solution to involve employees and stakeholders more closely in strategy development and implementation processes. In his work, Florian Wieser is fascinated by the intersection of sustainability, social entrepreneurship, strategy and technology.

Florian Wieser enjoys spending his free time in nature, whether hiking in the mountains or swimming, and is also passionate about psychology.
