The Symbolon profile analyses your personality, focusing on your academic or professional field. The personality profile is an opportunity to get to know yourself better and identify your talents, motivations and reserves of strength more precisely.

The analysis provides information about the following areas:

• Your own personality
• Your personal strengths and weaknesses
• Optimum teamworking approach/team atmosphere
• Professional positioning within a company
• Professional environment with respect to team setups and sizes

During this process, a personal coaching session will help you identify solutions and the steps you need to take to implement them.

Send an e-mail to symbolon@fhgr.ch and arrange an appointment. You will receive a customer number and password, which you can then use to complete the profile online.

The Symbolon profile is free of charge for students on a bachelor’s or consecutive master’s programme at UAS Grisons.
