The Blended Learning Center (BLC) team supports teaching staff and students at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons in the area of innovative teaching and learning. In addition to the student-friendly use of the Moodle learning platform, this also includes various student-centred learning formats, such as technology-supported learning processes like blended learning and flipped classroom, the designing of learning environments that are conducive to learning and transfer-oriented learning forms.   

The Moodle learning platform, which is an integral part of teaching and learning at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, is managed by the BLC. Students and teaching staff receive assistance here on its use and operation. Remote examinations and examinations completed on PCs are also supported by the BLC. The offers and services take in the areas of methodology, infrastructure, support and networking and are explained in more detail below.

At the start of the semester, students can already complete a self-assessment with respect to their study techniques via Moodle as part of the introduction events. They are subsequently provided with recommendations for further courses offered by the Career Center.

During the course of their study programmes, students can access a Moodle help page that contains a myriad of information on working with Moodle and provides the opportunity to try out the relevant Moodle activities. For the preparation and completion of online examinations, in particular, students can obtain information here in a special area, download the required software and test a variety of online examination formats.
