Promoting Business Integrity Through Knowledge Sharing

By participating in awareness-raising activities and encouraging collaboration, the World Bank Group Integrity Compliance Office (ICO) seeks to raise awareness, share best practices, encourage common understandings, and ultimately advance a broader culture of business integrity. The ICO seeks to promote business integrity through knowledge sharing and collective action in many ways. In that regard, this Integrity Talk will discuss various activities undertaken by, and resources developed by, the ICO, such as workshops, a mentorship program, guidelines, guidance documents, e-learning programs, and a Networking Hub. Lisa Miller is the World Bank Group Integrity Compliance Officer and heads the Integrity Compliance Office in the World Bank Group’s Integrity Vice Presidency. She previously was a Senior Counsel in the World Bank's Legal Vice Presidency. Prior to joining the World Bank, she was in private legal practice in the U.S. She received an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center; a J.D. from George Washington University Law School; and a B.S. in International Politics and Certificate in German Studies from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
