On March 1, 2020, Roger Waldvogel took up his position as a research assistant at the Swiss Institute of Information Science (SII). Roger completed his computer science studies in 2008 at the University of Applied Sciences in Rapperswil as a graduate engineer FH in computer science. After his studies, he developed complex software systems for various companies using Java / C#. At the end of 2014, he initiated a social knowledge network for socially relevant topics (DumondaMe). In this project he gained a lot of experience in web development (Javascript, NodeJs, VueJs, PWA) and graph databases (Neo4j).
In 2023, Roger completed his Master's degree at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Applied Information and Data Science.
