The internal counselling desk at University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons supports students in challenging situations and helps to find solutions. All counselling services are free for bachelor and master students.

Symbolon
Personality and potential analysis
The Symbolon profile is aimed at all bachelor’s and master’s students of University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons. An analysis is made of the personality in the academic or professional field. The personality profile offers the opportunity to get to know yourself better and judge your talents, motivations and reserves of strength more precisely. During the process, solutions as well as necessary steps to implementation are developed in a personal coaching session.
Workshops
Various workshops on different topics related to everyday university life are offered. How do I learn, how do I deal with exam stress or how can I optimise my time management? These are only a few topics from the range of workshops held every year.
